Crunch Fitness arrived in Puerto Rico led by Pablo Acosta and Herminia Ortiz, two engineers passionate about fitness who identified the need to create an inclusive space where people of all ages could achieve their wellness goals. With locations in Carolina, Caguas and Ponce, the brand quickly established itself as a modern and accessible alternative within the fitness industry.

Nearly a decade after its arrival on the island, we partnered with Crunch Fitness to evolve its digital marketing strategy, developing a strategic shift focused on transforming brand awareness into lead generation and business growth.

We strengthened its digital presence by integrating the full Google ecosystem and evolved the organic content strategy toward a more human and approachable tone, driving stronger community connection and increased traffic and engagement on platforms like Instagram. As part of a diversified media mix, we incorporated Spotify and TikTok Ads to expand the brand’s reach.

Additionally, we supported key branding and loyalty initiatives such as Crunch Cares, fundraisers, collaborations with Nutrex and Fitted Nutrition, as well as the Benditto Threads apparel line positioning Crunch Fitness as a comprehensive lifestyle brand.

Our collaboration extends beyond the digital space, developing billboards, flyers, and promotional materials for traditional media, ensuring strategic and visual consistency across every brand touchpoint.
