Mental Health Month in Puerto Rico represents an opportunity to open a conversation that is urgent, necessary, and deeply human. For Hospital San Juan Capestrano, it meant stepping outside the clinical setting and meeting the community from a place that felt closer, more empathetic, and more real.

United for Mental Health began as an idea from the Hospital’s Marketing team and grew into a point of connection, supported by other organizations and public figures who shared the same purpose.

Our role was to transform that commitment into a living narrative -one that could exist in physical space and expand through the digital environment. Throughout October, we built a consistent presence across the hospital’s social platforms with educational, approachable content focused on emotional well being. The campaign extended through high-impact pieces -billboards, static posts, and reels featuring voices aligned with the cause- guiding the conversation toward the main event.

On the day of the event, the story came to life. We supported Hospital San Juan Capestrano with visual coverage that captured the energy, the voices, and the gestures of a community brought together by a shared intention: to talk about mental health through connection.
